A lost genera...There is no one like Boris Karloff. A lost generation of stage trained people who brought their skills to film. These days, people learn film acting, but in the old days of the transition of silent to sound, there was a large regiment of stage trained actors and actresses who brought great voices and unique looks to film.<br />One has to watch the old time films, or see film of stage productions to appreciate the difference between old and new. Back then, it was about good acting and voice. <br />Then came better film resolution, high def.
