A PLACE CALLED TODAY 1972 (DVD-R)

A very well made film about a young black lawyer running for Mayor in a large city and all the racial tension he creates to win the race.
The film may be timely today as all American elections are run on dishonesty and crime, this film really packs a wallop. Lana Wood is an activist helping the lawyer with his election and gorgeous Cheri Caffaro is the daughter of a high and mighty political backer who really flaunts her body and actually gives the best political speech i have ever heard!!
J. Herbert Kerr Jr. gives a great performance as the young black lawyer on the rise and who soon regrets what her has done, especially when he orders Caffaro raped and killed to make a point about violence.
If you get a chance, see this film, you won't forget it.
