CYBORG 2087 (1966) (DVD-R)

Fun little sci-fi film about a cyborg from the year 2087 who has been sent to earth to stop a scientist and his project before it can become a reality and destory the future.
Michael Rennie is Garth A7 who is in the year 1966 looking for a professor who has a new device that will turn the furture into a state of terror and death. Sexy Karen Steele is the woman who helps him and Warren Stevens is her love interest.
Unlike the crap of today, this had a low budget and was forced to tell a story and have actors that knew what they were doing, and they do it very well. James Cameron ripped this obscure movie off for the Terminator, and while I liked that film, it doesn't have the fondness this one does for me.
Still not available on DVD, which puzzles me.
Rounding out the cast is Wendell Corey, Adam Rourke, and Eduard Franz.
