GRAND THEFT AUTO 1976 (SHOUT FACTORY)

This is what movies used to be all about, fun and having a good time. Ron Howard made his directorial debut with this Roger Corman chase film about a young couple who elope to Las Vages to get married only to have her parents, jilted lover and a ton of reward seekers chasing them across the desert.
Ron Howard is the young man, Nancy Morgan is his intended and the two make a great couple. The rest of the cast includes Marion Ross, Don Steele, Barry Cahill, Rance Howard, Clint Howard and Paul Linke.
I highly recommend this film for a fun time. When I ran this in Gardiner Montana at the theater in 1977 it drew a very good crowd every night, and I will always remember that.
And any movie with the "Real" Don Steele in it has to be a good one. The man was a true legend.
