MANDARIN MYSTERY 1936 (MILL CREEK)

Eddie Quillan stars as Ellery Queen who is attempting to solve the murder of a man who was attempting to steal a very valuable stamp.
This is typical mystery stuff for the 1930's but these films have an enduring charm and Quillan is quite good and a sometimes bumbling but always on the ball Ellery Queen.
Shot by Republic Pictures and directed by Ralph Staub, this film should more than satisfy mystery lovers.
