William Beaudine directed this fun little film about Jesse James and his sidekick Hank running afoul of Frankenstein's grand daughter in an old castle after Hank is shot in a robbery gone wrong.
John Lupton is Jesse, Cal Boulder is Hank and Narda Onyx is Maria Frankenstein, who changes Hank into a brainless zombie that kills her brother on her command!! Jim Davis is the sheriff and all the actors do a good job with what they have to work with.
I love both genres of film and always have been a fan of mixing the two. Despite all the rubbish written about this film, it is entertaining and fun.
