SHERLOCK HOLMES AND THE SECRET WEAPON 1943 (TREELINE)

Once again Basil Rathbone and Nigel Bruce helm the roles of Holmes and Watson respectively.

In this outing Holmes and Watson must try and protect a scientist who has developed a weapon that the allies want to keep out of Nazi hands.

Lionel Atwill is Prof. Moriarty, the master criminal who is working with the Nazi's to obtain the weapon. This is a fun film if you can handle Holmes being updated to the 1940's and WW2.

Mary Gordon is again Mrs. Hudson and Dennis Hoey is Insp. Lastrade. Good fun for mystery and adventure fans.
