I BURY THE LIVING 1958 (MILLCREEK)

Odd horror with an unexpected ending.

Richard Boone stars as a man who runs a cemetery that finds he may have the power of life and death involving a strange cemetery map and some black and white pins.

Theodore Bikel is Andy, the caretaker and Peggy Mauer is Boone's girlfriend. The music is by Gerald Fried and works very, very well with the film. Albert Band directed and it slowly builds to a climax I had to actually do a double take to fully understand.

I won't spoil it, but I couldn't believe it. The supporting cast includes Herbert Anderson, Robert Osterloh, Russ bender and Howard Smith. I recommend this thriller for it's unique approach to the horror genre and the unbelievable ending.
