George Zucco is a mad scientist who turns his handyman into a werewolf via a serum and then sets out to have his creation kill all the scientists who called him crazy.
Glenn Strange is the handyman who is a cross between Lenny in "Of Mice And Men" and any werewolf character in any number of films. Anne Nagel is Zucco's daughter and is menaced by the monster at the climax.
Not a bad film by any means and a recommended one for fans of low budget 40's horror.
