Brian Krause co-produced and stars in this film about divers hiding treasure in a secret place, setting off explosives and releasing a huge monster called a "Poseidon Rex" free from it's watery tomb.
The monster proceeds to make snacks out of a lot of boaters and is a double threat because it can also travel very fast on land as well as swim the oceans.
Krause does a very credible job as well as his supporting cast which includes Anne McDaniels, and Candice Nunes. Mark Lester directed this and does his usual good job.
I had actually never heard of this and saw it sitting on the shelf at a Hastings store and figured why not give it a try. It is recommended for sci-fi fans and I don;t think you'll be disappointed. It is low budget, but the effects are descent enough.
