The lovely actress appeared in many films including Harum Scarum and Girl Happy with Elvis and get Yourself A College Girl, all films I happen to enjoy a lot.
In 1959 she won the Miss America Pageant and was the first woman from Mississippi to do so. She was married to actor Gary Collins from 1967-2012 when he passed away. She was 75.
