HOUSE THAT DRIPPED BLOOD 1971 (HENS TOOTH)

Another favorite Amicus omnibus film that I love.

Four tales of horror surround a house that a police inspector is looking at as it involves the disappearance of a film star.

The first tale is about a writer (Denholm Elliot) who encounters a strangler right out of the horror novel he is writing. This has a very unusual ending.

The second involves a retired man (Peter Cushing) who is strangely attracted to a bizarre wax museum.

The third involves a man (Christopher Lee) and his daughter (Chloe Franks) who may be a witch. The ending to this one is unforgettable.

The final tale involves a movie star an a vampire cloak that actually turns him into a bloodsucker. Ingrid Pitt NEVER looked better than in this production.

The police inspector finally visits the house after hearing about all of these past renters and gets a very unpleasant surprise.

This is a great film with a terrific cast and lots of ghoulish thrills. Highly recommended for any horror fan.
