I KILLED THAT MAN 1941 (MILL CREEK)

Another great title for a film.

A killer that is about to be executed decides to confess who paid him to do the killing. Before he can name the mysterious person is falls dead.

D.A. Roger Phillips (Ricardo Cortez) is on hand and discovers that the man was killed with a small poison dart. Phillips teams up with a beautiful newspaper reporter named Geri Reynolds to find the killer.

Reynolds is played Joan Woodbury and anything with her in it is well worth a watch or two. She actually carries the film as she did in most of her roles.

The story rolls out at a good pace and it's never boring. I have been watching a lot of these kinds of films lately and this is one of the better one.

The rest of the cast includes Herbert Rawlinson, Pat Gleason, George Pembroke, Iris Adrian and Jack Mulhall.
