RIP FATS DOMINO 1928-2017

One of the giants of Rock n' Roll has died.

Antoine Domino was a piano prodigy whose first five records all sold over a million copies. He was part of the birth of Rock in 1955 and from then on he never looked back.

Domino was one of the first musicians to be inducted into the Rock N' Roll Hall of Fame and his impact on the music business cannot ever be underestimated.

He gave up touring to stay in his home town of Baton Rouge, LA and lost everything in Hurricane Katrina, but he did manage to bounce back and continued performing. He died in Harvey, LA at the age of 89.

He appeared in several films including "Shake, Rattle and Rock", "The Girl Can't Help It" and "Jamboree". I still listen to his music to this day and it NEVER gets old. Long Live BLUEBERRY HILL!!
