RIP MARGOT KIDDER 1948-2018

Lois Lane from the Superman film of 1978 has died.

Kidder will always be best remembered for that film role that launched her into what many call "superstardom", however I remember her for a few different things that I found much more entertaining.

I had seen her in many TV shows such as "Mod Squad" and "Banacek" but it was in the 1972 shocker entitled "Sisters" that I really sat up and took notice of her. Then she made "Black Christmas" in 1975, and to me that was the pinnacle of her career.

Her role is "Sisters" is something one who sees it never forgets and she made me laugh my ass off in "Black Christmas" and these two films really proved she could act.

In later years she changed quite a bit and became another person thanks to mental illness. She died on May 13th at her home in Livingston, Montana. No cause of death has been reported as of this writing. Hard for me to believe that the two stars of a film made back in 1978 are no longer with us, as it doesn't really feel like it was that long ago.
