RIP SONDRA LOCKE 1944-2018

A very prolific actress has died.

Sondra Locke started her screen acting career in 1968 in a movie called "The Heart Is A Lonely Hunter" and three years later in 1971 she co-starred in a genre classic entitled "Willard" and the rest was history.

Locke also appeared in one of the best episodes ever of the series "Night Gallery" called "A Feast Of Blood" as well as two other episodes. I remember her most from her role as Drusilla in the 1977 thriller "Shadow Of Chikara" along with Joe Don Baker.

Locke was also a director who helmed 4 feature films including "Ratboy" and a TV movie called "Death In Small Doses".

Locke is also known as a long time companion for Clint Eastwood and starred in several projects with him including "The Outlaw Josey Wales", "Every Which Way But Loose", "Any Which Way You Can" and "Sudden Impact" among others.

She passed away on Nov. 3rd, but her death wasn't made public until Dec. 13th. She was 74 years old.
