COMING ATTRACTIONS...

In my opionion 2020 was a bad year for DVD and Blu-ray releases. There were some good ones of course, but not many.

So far 2021 looks better if only for the two reasons I'm going to list.

Severin has announced THE DUNGEON OF ANDY MILLIGAN COLLECTION which consists of 9 Blu-rays!! A lot of Milligan classics are included. THE GHASTLY ONES, THE BODY BENEATH, NIGHTBIRDS, TORTURE DUNGEON (NEVER BEFORE RELEASED DIRECTORS CUT), BLOODTHIRSTY BUTCHERS (NEVER BEFORE RELEASED DIRECTORS CUT), CURSE OF THE FULL MOON (NEVER BEFORE RELEASED DIRECTORS CUT), THE RATS ARE COMING! THE WEREWOLVES ARE HERE!, MAN WITH 2 HEADS (NEVER BEFORE RELEASED DIRECTORS CUT), GURU THE MAD MONK, LEGACY OF BLOOD (NEVER BEFORE RELEASED DIRECTORS CUT), LEGACY OF HORROR (TV CUT), FLESHPOTS OF 42MD STREET, SEEDS, CARNAGE, BLOOD plus a CD of electronic music from Hal Borske as well as a 128 page book entitled ANDY MILLIGANS VENOM by Stephen Thrower. Also literally hundreds of hours of interviews and other extras.

Today, Feb. 12th would've been Milligans 92nd birthday and I can't think of a better way to celebrate than get this wonderful set. Thge mega set by Severin was limited to 150 units and sold out in just a couple of days. This set is available on Mar. 16th for $140.00

Severin has also announced today that THE EUROCRYPT OF CHRISTOPHER LEE is up for pre-order as well. This is a 9 Blu-ray set which includes some great stuff such as CASTLE OF THE LIVING DEAD (4K), the VERY RARE film CHALLENGE THE DEVIL, CRYPT OF THE VAMPIRE, SHERLOCK HOLMES AND THE DEADLY NECKLACE, the only survivng 24 episodes of the ULTRA RARE POLISH TV SERIES ENTITLED THEATRE MACABRE hosted by Lee, THE TORTURE CHAMBER OF DR. SADISM,RELICS FROM THE CRYPT is a collection of rare interview with Lee and a 20 minutes Swiss documentary wich has never been seen anywhere in the USA. It contains rare behind the scenes footage of films such as MASQUE OF THE RED DEATH and THE GORGON. Also included is a CD with the music soundtrack from CASTLE OF THE LIVING DEAD. This also has hundreds of hours of extras including interviews and so much more! The cost is $105.00 Street date is 5/25.

These two releases alone make 2021 well worth it in the world of Blu-ray.
