SHARK ATTACK 3: MEGALADON 2002 (ECHO BRIDGE)

The third and final film in this bizarre trilogy.

This one is a little different and was a lot of fun to see. Underwater divers working on a cable in the sea are suddenly attacked and killed by sharks.

This brings in Ben (John Barrowman) to investigate the strange deaths. A beautiful young woman named Cat (Jenny McShane) finds a huge shark tooth off the coast of Mexico and the two meet.

They soon realise that they are confronting a huge prehistoric shark called a Megaladon which is over 60 feet in length and it's prowling the waters off the coast.

Jenny and Ben hit it off quickly and it sets up a romance that has one of the greatest lines in movie history. It made me do a double take, but once heard it's not forgotten.

The shark effects are about what one would expect from a movie like this, but I have to admit, it's done is a very good way and the whole film just works. This was filmed in Bulgaria and released straight to TV here in the US.

If you like these kinds of films as I do you'll find it a lot of fun.
