31 DAYS OF HALLOWEEN DAY 18: THE GHOUL 1933 (GENIUS)

This rare little film stars Boris Karloff as an Egyptologist who dies and comes back to life to seek the person who stole a rare gem from his tomb.

Ernest Thesiger is Karloff's butler who steals the item and invokes the wrath of the dead. Cedric Hardwick, Ralph Richardson and Dorothy Hyson round out the supporting cast.

This is an unsung gem in the world of 30's horror and the people who tear it apart have never seen the uncut version which was first made available by Sinister Cinema and then MGM and other companies released it. I enjoyed it a lot and I think other horror fans will to.
