DJANGO'S CUT PRICE CORPSES 1971 (MILL CREEK)

This 1971 Spaghetti western is a pretty interesting one.

Jeff Cameron stars as Django and he does a good job handling the title role. In this little effort Django's fiancee has been kidnapped by a group of bandits known as the Cortez Brothers and their gang.

Besides the kidnapping, they have robbed a local bank and have hidden the money as well as themselves inside a cave. Django goes in search of his fiancee and the gold.

This is a pretty well made Italian western and it does hold your attention. The best performance goes to Angela Portaluri as a barmaid named Donna Delores who is out for herself and will do anything to get the gold.

As usual there are plenty of fistfights, gun play and other action. It's not a bad way to kill 90 minutes and if you're a fan of the genre you might like it. This film was also known as "A Pistol For Django".

It is included on a 4 film set from Mill Creek called "Outlaws And Con Men".
