A very well made documentary about the world of pro wrestling.
This fascinating film looks at the life and travel in the world of pro wrestlers and just how hard it can be.
Forget all the glitz and glamour involved in the world of wrestling. This shows just how it really is when you travel 350 days a year from city to city, town to town and the effect it has on the people involved.
Greg Valentine, Brett Hart, Ox Baker, Billy Graham, Wendy Richter and many others talk about the the real world of wrestling and what it's like to be on the road every single day and the toll it takes on the family, the mind and the wrestlers themselves.
There are so many aspects of this film that are wonderful and yet very heart breaking at the same time. The average person never sees this side of these peoples lives and some of the stories they tell are too interesting to pass up.
This took several years to come out after shooting completed and several of the wrestling legends seen in the film had died before it came to theaters and streaming. Jimmy Snuka, Ox Baker, Larry Sharpe and a few others were among those who passed before this came out.
I can't recommend this enough for wrestling fans and if you've ever been involved with the business at all, you can relate to what these people are presenting.
