Great shots of the monster killing people on rooftops and such. The stop motion animation is excellent and David Carradine and Richard Roundtree are very good as the two cops investigating the case as well as Moriarty's criminal activity.
Check this movie out. I highly recommend anything Cohen makes.
No lie, I watched this one again just last week. The film really has 2 plots, and it's interesting how they converge. And the special effects are a hoot.
