This bizarre effort is about a man who has lost both arms and legs in Vietnam and is helped by his girlfriend and the doctor she studied under to grow new limbs from DNA and the genetic code. Unfortunately the doctors assistant falls in love with the woman and the hapless man is given too much medicine and turns into a monster that disembowles his victims.
When he walks his arms are outstretched and he grunts a lot. There are several twisted scenes in this film including a very sadistic male nurse in the veterans hospital who enjoy hurting the limbless man and the other involves the LAPD Canine Unit that appears at the end of the movie.
It appears the unit is only used to disembowle monsters and then come back on command. As I watched this i thought "what the hell????"
Still, I enjoyed this movie for what it is, exploitation and nothing serious, just fun. For those so inclined, you might want to check it out.
