Irwin Allen directed and produced this film about an expedition to a lost plateau that is inhabited by dinosaurs and savage tribes of people. Claude Raines in Professor Edward Challenger and going along for the ride are Jill St. John, Michael Rennie, and David Hedison.
This movie is fun and St. John makes for excellent eye candy as does Vitina Marcus as the cave girl. Good Saturday matinee viewing.
