A masked raider known as El Kabir is helping oppressed people fight evil rulers in this sword and sandal spectacular starring Mark Damon as Kabir. Scilla Gabel(Mill Of The Stone Women) is the woman he loves and it was nice to see Alberto Lupo (Atom Age Vampire) in the role of Octavian.
