Bill Daily was best known for the role of Maj. Roger Healey on the comedy "I Dream Of Jeanie" and as Howard Borden on the "Bob Newhart Show".
His humor could be both droll or slapstick and he was a master of both. In addition to the above mentioned two shows he appeared in many, many more including "Love American Style", "My Mother The Car", Aloha Paradise" and "Chips" among others.
His career spanned 45 years and I felt I grew up with him watching "I Dream Of Jeanie" for many. many years. They don't make comedians like Bill anymore. His talents will live on.
Daily died at the age of 91 on Sept. 4th.
