With a great cast including Erik Estrada, Karen Black, Shannon Tweed and Jim Brown, I figured this was going to be an excellent film, but sometimes life just isn't fair. Director, writer, producer David Heavener tries but just cannot pull this off very well.
In the year 2020 police are stopped from using guns and must use tranquilizers to apprehend suspects, and as you know only criminals have guns, much like real life.
This movie just didn't hold my attention and for that I am sorry. It really is inexcusable for such a great cast to be wasted.
Watch this one on your own but be forwarned, it ain't that hot.
