A finely crafted film noir starring author Mickey Spillane as his own character Mike Hammer. This time Hammer is looking for his missing secretary, Velda. During his investigation Hammer encounters nasty communist spies and a seductive, bikini clad widow played by gorgeous Shirley Eaton.
