Ulli Lommel strikes again with this well made thriller about three women who come to a small Wisconsin town and are accused of witchcraft by the descendants of people cursed 300 years previous during an inquisition.
Lovely Suzanna Love is the new school teacher accused of being a witch. It seems she and the other two are sent to the town to make sure justice is served 300 years later and it becomes very clear at the end that this is the case.
Love is excellent as always and Llommel does a good job behind the camera. Donal Pleasence is Dr. Warley a man with a peculiar skin disease who is always picking worms out of his open wounds!! Yowza!!
Good film and good acting make this a winner. Recommended.
