This is one bizarre film. Harold Sakata stars as Santo "The Pig" Massino, a master criminal who wants the plans to a newly developed freezing weapon that he will then sell to the highest bidder.
But to obtain the information he has to capture a woman named Felicia (Patch Mackenzie) who has a chip planted under her scalp with all the needed information.
Enter Lt. Ash (Jim Kelly) who is assigned to find Felicia and protect her. There are a lot of endless chases and lame fight scenes as Ash is always one step behind Massino.
When Massino finally captures Felicia he threatens her with torture involving a snapping turtle which has to be seen to be believed, and oh my God the dialogue during these scene is priceless. I'm not going to give it away, but it is one of a kind indeed.
Aldo Ray shows up in a pretty much wasted role and Sakata's voice was dubbed by James Hong and it was interesting to see George Lazenby in the role of Capt. Gallagher who turns out to be a flunkie for Massino.
Once again Adamson offers a little something for everyone in a film that really offers nothing. Beautiful women, car chases and two James Bond film alumni. It makes for a good time waster if you have nothing better to do.
