SUPERMAN (WARNER BROTHERS)
This fantastic movie came out in the summer of 1978 admist other box office winners such as Invasion of The Body Snatchers, Halloween and more. No wonder I enjoyed going to the movies so much in the 70's. Christopher Reeve stars as Superman in this big budget retelling of the story. Margot Kidder is excellent as Lois Lane and and the guest cast including Marlon Brando, Glenn Ford and Phyllis Thaxter are nothing but wonderful. The three ciminals you see at the very beginning of the movie who are being sentanced for their crimes return in the sequel Superman 2. The always lovely Sarah Douglas is one of them. Highly Recommended for those of us who like a good time ar the movies without all the CGI cartoon crap thrown in.
