I can attest to the fact that matches like this which are featured here are extremely dangerous and very hard on one's body.
In wrestling history the Ladder Match was first seen in the promotion known as Stampede Wrestling which was run by Stu Hart up in the great white north called Canada.
The Ladder match has become popular in the world of pro wrestling over the years and this 3 DVD set shows off some of the best matches of it's type.
As is usual with the WWE DVD's, the early matches are excellent examples of the sport and then the later matches are, well, just not up to par. Don't get me wrong, there are a lot of great matches on here and my favorite was the ladder match between Beth Phoenix and Katie Lee (Katarina Leigh Waters).
Many great legends appear on this set including Shawn Michaels, Chris Candido, Stone Cold Steve Austin, Mankind, The Big Boss Man and many others. If you're a wrestling fan this should be in your collection.
Yes these matches are dangerous and many people get hurt and I can tell you from experience, you feel like hell the following morning. Recommended!!
