The one man wonder of modern cinema, Dino DeLaurentis has died at the age of 91. DeLaurentis was a one of a kind person in Hollywood. He produced hundreds of movies from Flash Gordon in 1980 and Barbarella in the 1960's.
He also backed several huge flops like King Kong in 1976, but it never deterred him. He has a film school in North Carolina and he will be missed by legions of fans like myself.
And yes, I loved The White Buffalo which he produced in 1977.
