He becomes a white skinned killer who presy on both prostitutes and pimps and anyone else who gets in his way. The title is very exploitive and may lead many to not bother watching this film, but please, check it out. This is a good film, and yes they could have done better, but it is fine.
I like it and recommend it.It also stars Rosalind Cash, and that is ALWAYS a plus.
