Fred Williamson stars as a black man who has just returned from the Civil War only to find his mother killed by five white men who have been terrorizing the west.
He hunts them and kills them without feeling or remorse and I found myself rooting for him every step of the way.
I love every movie I have ever seen Williamson in and this is no exception. Mill Creek really should have gotten a hold of a widescreen print as you cannot read any of the opening credits, but at budget prices you can't expect much.
All in all a good film for western fans and blaxploitation fans as well. Filmed in the gorgeous Monument Valley in Utah.
