REVENGE IN THE HOUSE OF USHER 1982 (IMAGE)

Howard vernon again stars as Dr. orloff, but this time he is called Dr. Usher which gives this a very, very loose tie in with the Fall of Te House Of Usher by Poe.
This tale finds the doctor on the verge of insanity as he has grown old and frail and has yet to complete his experiments. About 10 minutes of footage from the orignal movie Awful Dr. Orloff (1962) is edited in as Usher tells his strange tale to a young man named Harker.
Morpho is even in this movie, also much older. Wow, this is quite a mish-mash but it does have several striking touches, and for Franco in the 80's this is a rather low key movies as well.
If you like bizarre Euro horror, you might like this, and Vernon is always a pleasure to watch.
