RAMBLINGS AND COMING ATTRACTIONS...

I had a few free minutes a couple of days ago and so I did some surfing and found a few interesting things as well as getting banned from FB...but that is another story for another time.

If you stream and like 50's and 60's horror, Shout TV has a few things of interest they just put up new for December. Some of the titles include "First Man Into Space", "Atomic Submarine", "The Brain Eaters", "War Of The Colossal Beast", "Frankenstein Meets The Space Monster" and much more. They even have a few obscure WW2 films that I will be looking at and reviewing here soon.

Garagehouse Pictures will be releasing Robert W. Morgan's "Bloodstalkers" on Blu-ray and it's supposed to be available on Dec. 23rd. Mondo Macabro will be releasing a beautiful 4k restoration of the Paul Naschy film "Beast And The Magic Sword" on Feb. 11th, 2020. This Blu-ray should be beautiful.

Scream Factory will be bringing 4 more Universal horror classics to Blu-ray on March 17th, 2020. This set in called "Universal Horror Collection Vol. 4 and will include "Night Key", "Night Monster", "The Climax" and "House Of Horrors".

Looks like 2020 is going to be another great year for classic horror on Blu-ray...now if only someone would put more film noir out..oh well maybe soon.

I mentioned Shout TV at the beginning of this little article and I cannot recommend it enough. They have tons of great material on there and, as I said, some very obscure movies. I actually prefer them to Amazon, and they have just as good a selection, and at least I won't get banned from there like I did FB...lol.
