The beautiful Charisma Carpenter stars as Michelle Mulan, a woman working for her fathers company. She is somewhat mousy and has a boring life with a daughter she cannot control.
One day she meets a younger man named Ryan Black (Bryce Draper) who seduces her and introduces her to a different life. That life consists of B&D and then S&M.
This causes Michelle some slight problems at work, but she does become the sex slave of Ryan....until she comes home one night and finds that he has her underage daughter tied to the bed.
Michelle takes things into her own hands and seeks Ryan out. We see that Michelle has been changed from a mousy woman to a take charge female who wastes no time in disposing of Ryan.
She then takes a portion of control away from her father in the company and manages to makes a 400 million dollar deal that actually saves the company, but in the final scene we know that Michelle will now always be a Dominatrix.
Carpenter does a very good job in this film and her range is indeed far. The other characters are not so well developed and the character of Ryan Black is so typical of films made during this period. He's young, cocky and brings nothing but disaster to everyone including himself. Those kind of characters I get tired of.
This really reminded me of the 90's when erotic thrillers were on HBO, Showtime and Cinemax in the late night hours. Carpenter has always been one of my favorite actresses as I have had a crush on her since her "Buffy The Vampire Slayer" days.
If you enjoy these kinds of movies, check it out. It's on streaming and the only DVD I could find is available in the Neatherlands!!
