Giorgi started her career in the 1971 Giallo "Black Belly Of The Tarantula" in a small, uncredited role. After a few more small roles like that she was in "Three Musketeers Of The West", "Story Of A Cloistered Nun", and "Young, Violent and Dangerous".
Her best known movie role was that of "Sara" in the Dario Argento horror classic "Inferno". She made over 50 films in her career.
Eleonora Giorgi passed away on March 3, 2025 at the age of 71.
