Billie Phillips has died. I know that name means nothing to you folks but to me Billie was a bright spot in my life when I lived in Montana and worked in the retail business.
Bille would come in and stock the bread in a store called County Market and I always looked forward to seeing her come in.
We laughed a lot and she would always listen to me and I loved listening to her stories of the area and her childhood. She was such an inspiration.
She passed away in Roundup Montana at the age of 96 on Sunday, Nov. 28th. I hadn't seen her in a while, but I thought of her often. I'll miss her. RIP Billie.
