DOA 1949 (DVD-R)

I know this is on many PD lables, but I recorded this off TCM, and it is the best print I have ever seen of this film. Edmond O' Brien stars as a man who is fatally poisoned with a slow acting chemical and he desperately tries to find out why before he dies.
This is classic film noir and the type of movie they just cannot make anymore. Tense, well acted by all involved and great camera shots and music. The supporting cast is top notch and includes Pamela Britton, Luther Adler, Laurette Luez, and was the film debut of both Beverly Garland and Neville Brand whose character is unforgettable.
If you haven't seen it I highly recommend you do. This is a film noir lovers dream movie.
