THE GIRL CAN'T HELP IT 1956 (FOX)

The single greatest film Jayne Mansfield ever made.

Edmond O' Brien is Marty "Fats" Murdock, a gangster who hires an agent played by Tom Ewell to make his blonde girl friend into a singer. Her name is Jerri Jordan and Mansfield plays the part perfectly. Her sex appeal is stunning and there is simply no way anyone can resist her.

Ewell is Tom Miller a down and out agent who begins to fall in love with his client after he is told by her that all she wants is to be married and have kids. Frank Tashlin directed this classic and some of the rock and roll stars in the film are the best there ever was including Little Richard, Fats Domino, Nino Tempo, Ray Anthony, The Platters, the ever gorgeous Julie London and Gene Vincent & The Blue Caps singing "Be Bop A Lula".

This film is really one of the most enjoyable films ever and music from the 50's makes it even that much better. Highly Recommended!!
