TERROR FROM THE YEAR 5000 1958 (DVD-R)

One of my favorite 50's sci-fi films and one that is more obscure than most. A scientist working on time travel in the Florida Everglades accidently brings a mutated woman into our time who is looking to find men for breeding stock so her race will be saved 5000 years from now.
Ward Costello is the young scientist who is too eager to test out the equipment and pays dearly for it.
Lovely Joyce Holden is his girlfriend and it is Joyce who actually saves the day. Salome Jens is the woman of the future with the great figure, ugly face and interesting fingernails!!
Today's "sophisticated" audiences would find this slow going because there isn't a comic book character or explosion every 2 seconds to keep their feeble minds busy. The rest of us however, if you like 50's horror and sci-fi will find this an enjoyable little B picture with plenty of suprises and fun.
This originally played on a double bill with The Screaming Skull back in 1958. I wish this was available on DVD, but it is owned by Susan Hart Nicholson and there fore will never see the light of day.
