He finds a corrupt prison system being paid for by mobsters. The gang is headed by lovely Evelyn Ankers and also by Turhan Bey. It was nice to see both of these actors who had done so many wonderful Universal monster films together in a low budget film noir and also as gangsters!!
O' Shea is always good as a movie tough guy and he does a bang up job here. Great little film noir that is obscure but very Highly Recommended for fans.
