ZOMBIES OF MORA TAU 1957 (SONY)

One of my alltime favorite 50's gems from director Edward L. Cahn. Diamond hunters off the African coast run into trouble looking for treasure when the diamonds they seek are guarded by zombies of long dead sailors who also tried to get the treasure.
I couldn't begin to count the reasons I like this film!! It's a 50's movie for one, for two it stars super sexy Allison Hayes and three, it's directed by Edward Cahn, a man whose body of work I enjoy immensely.
Gregg Palmer is the diver, lovely Autumn Russell is Jan Peters, the woman who lives on the island with her grandmother played by Marjorie Eaton, and Morris Ankrum is the writer along for the adventure.
Russell never made many films and seemed to have called it quits after 1960, which is a shame.
Horror and sci-fi lovers should enjoy this fun and not to deep film (no pun intended).
