McBride has an entire search party assembled as they sail to Caprona to find Tyler. The others in the rescue party include Charly, a sexy female photographer played by Sarah Douglas, Prof. Norfolk played by Thorley Walters and Hogan played by Shame Rimmer.
These four take off from a plane on the ship and crash land after they are attacked by a pterodactyl. They find a lot of prehistoric montsers and some cave people as well. The standout here being the incredibly sexy Ajor, played by Dana Gillespie. If I found a cave girl like her I think I would stay!!
The party eventually finds Tyler, a captive of a tribe of violent killers. The escape is made but Tyler loses his life in the process. Again, the dinosaur effects are good for the time, and I rather like the way they look. I wasn't raised on this digital and computer crap they have now.
David Prowse and Milton Reid make up the rest of the cast, and if you love monster movies you might want to see this. There were four films made around the fantasy worlds of Edagr Rice Burroughs, this is one, Land is another along with At The Earth's Core and the ever elusive Warlords Of Atlantis which has never been made available in the US on VHS or DVD.
