The very first Dracula film from Hammer Studios with Christopher Lee as the bloodsucking vampire and Peter Cushing as Van Helsing. The rich beautiful colors of this film are remarkable and Lee as Dracula is a performance for the ages.

After this was released America knew it had to up the ante on their horror films, and thus the world of the horror movie changed forever. Michael Gough is a man whom Van Helsing makes believe in vampires the hard way. This is 82 minutes of pure entertainment and it flows along perfectly.
