Bergerac just celebrated his 87th birthday a few weeks ago when I was off line, it was May 26th. The French actor was best known for his roles in such films as GiGi and Hypnotic Eye.
Bergerac also appeared in the original Batman TV show as "Freddie The Fence" in two episodes as well as appearing in many other shows such as "Get Smart", "Beverly Hillbilly's" and "Daniel Boone".
His last appearance was in 1969 on the Doris Day Show. He quit show business and headed the Paris office of Revlon for many, many years.
