THE TIME MACHINE 1960 (MGM)

One of the all time classics of modern movie making stars Rod Taylor as a man who is obsessed with travelling thru time. He builds a device for just that purpose and finds a future race of very meek people called the Eloi who are herded like cattle and eaten by the cannibalistic Morlocks.
HG Wells novel is turned into a brilliant film by George Pal and the special effects are top notch. Taylor does a fine job and Yvette Mimeux is very good as Weena, the girl he meets in the year 802,701.
A great film and a great way to spend a couple of hours this movie co-stars Alan Young, Sebastian Cabot and Whit Bissell.
One of the greats and not to be missed. Very HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
