Slip (Leo Gorcey) and Sach (Huntz Hall) work for a New York newspaper copy boys. While working for the paper they get the idea to go after the sports fixing racket.
They work their way into the services of Dapper Dan Greco (Anthony Caruso) and Dutch Miller (Ralph Dunn). This runs into great trouble and they almost end up getting killed.
The entire mess ends with the paper getting sued for 4 million in a libel suit when a story is published about Timothy Donlin (John Hamilton) heading up the crime organization.
The courtroom proceedings are a hoot with Slip and Sach involved. This comedy will help you kill 68 minutes. It's not bad, but it's far from the best of the lot.
The rest of the cast includes Bernard Gorcey, David Gorcey, William Benedict, Gabirel Dell and the beautiful Nita Bieber.
